Is it me or are Takeaway orders wrong every single time?! I've had this problem with their other shops too! It seems that there could be a scam going on that you pay for what you order and they keep part of the order back from you so they make extra money! Surely their staff can't all be so wrong so many times! This has gone on for years!

Still having supply problems, which had got worse since last week. They have no large cups for drinks, no large cartons for fries, no skins-on fries (which is a blessing for quite a few people ), no Tango and no salt. Not the staff's problem and they are trying their best, hence 3*, but if it continues, KFC will be losing customers. Similar experience at KFC at Rainham Mark near the Tesco.

Staff attitude was the worst I have experienced. The guy agreed that it was a joke they had no mayo. The drinks were prepared and left at the back of the counter. I had to reach across to get them. Staff member couldn't be bothered. If I were his boss he'd be looking for a new job .

I had to wipe on my clothes cuz they have just straw for drinks.
Medium size fries not even close. I could'vr counted them on my fingers.
They where putting pepsi from bottles in the cups.

Limited food due to weather understandable.. un salted icy  paths meant i slipped over.. but dont worry i saved a small family from doing the same !!
