Just went in for lunch with my daughter. I already saw two customers talking to the staff not sure what happened but definitely they were complaining on something. The skinny guy with a beard and I've learned he was the manager placed the order for me. I fully understand if some of the items are not available. But being rude to a customer is a not acceptable. I ordered a kid's meal and he said its not available then he suggested something else which is good. Then i ordered hot wings but supposedly in a meal (take note he did not even suggested if i want it in a meal or as an individual) with coleslaw and a drink. And when he punched in the total I then clarify if it was meal. And then there he scolded me in a rude manner that next time I should said so. I even apologized to him for making a mistake but he did not apologized for being rude. He could have just said it in a nice way. I can even pay a little extra to be upgraded. As a manager you should know basics of simple customer service. Sorry never again to this branch and good luck to your career Mr Skinny beard manager.

I ordered 5bbq wraps and one flaming within 6 all stars altogether and got 6 bbq wraps and one without fries !

Been there for a 9 piece Tuesday bucket... ended up having 6out of 9 not cooked properly, they were red inside had to bin them... waste of money
