We went here twice during our trip to the IOW this week. April 2025The restaurant was clean, the staff were nice and friendly a complete contrast to many KFC’s we have visited over the years. The food was hot and very nice. We all had different meals and all enjoyed it. I did take the time to say a special thank you to the staff and to let them know it’s the best KFC we have ever been to. If you are visiting and enjoy a KFC we highly recommend this one! From someone who almost always gets a duff meal, high praise indeed.
Absolutely shocking! Partner went in and order food they forgot our rice, hot wings, pot of beans and also got one of the chicken burgers wrong! The staff couldn’t care less they just wanted to go home. There was more staff than customers shocking £30 on half an order and the wrong food!!
in the last year, KFC seems to have really improved it's quality of food and service overall. i used to feel a bit crap after eating KFC as you typically do with any fast food, but i no longer feel like that anymore. i'm guessing they changed the way they make something in their food, whatever it was, keep it up!nnas for the cleanliness of the restaurant, cannot fault it. one of the cleanest fast food places i've ever been to. no complaints whatsoever.
so me and friend came here this week and suspiciously after eating our meals from here the next morning we felt terrible and had a terrible stomach so it’s safe to say i’ve gotten food poisoning from here, the absolutely disgusting standards of cleanliness are shocking, even on my bun there’s multiple miniature burn marks from where it had been through a toaster that hasn’t been cleaned in an extremely long time photo below. so to finish off, if you want food poisoning or food that’s been dropped on the floor as i’ve heard from others then come on in because that’s what they do !never go here genuinely disgusting
Having paid over 35.00 for our order. When it was delivered it was the wrong order. The person who delvered work not pick up when we tried phoning himnThere was no way to contact KFC. So the food was wasted because it was Zingers and I can't eat spicy food.
