What a terrible experience. We made a specific journey to bring our 12 year old daughter out for a treat tonight. After deciding what we wanted to order the lady behind the till looked as confused as anything. She then asked a colleague if they do wraps, which is what my wife ordered only to be told that they don't do wraps and haven't done so for ages, even though it is bright and bold on the menu. My wife then said she will just have a mint milkshake instead to which the colleague who was at the back of the store shouted we don't have mint milkshakes either. We decided to leave and went elsewhere. McDonald's it was. Efficient service friendly staff and all the meals were available. Sorry burger King, you just lost 3 customers

Served by a Young Very Pleasant lady wearing plastic sparking Very Long Nails after 3 attendants came over to the Till , did something, then walked Off until Long Nailed Lady served me. Tables along the Far Window by the Coke Machine which had No Ice ( Another Customer Found That Problem ) were in need of Some Attention to say the least. Music was a Bit Loud as one does not mind Background Nice Music but NOT this Modern One Day Wonder Aweful Drone.
