Visited today as there were some great offers on the app. When walking into the restaurant we were welcomed by Steven. He was so helpful and polite and clearly explained how to use the self serve machines. Food was lovely and restaurant area was clean. Again we would like to give a shout out to Steven who’s work ethic absolutely shone through and he ensured the seating area was clean at all times. All restaurants need a Steven!!
Called in with my wife yesterday for lunch, we have never used the self service screens before in our lives, asked if we could order our food over the counter, was received with a very miserable ,arrogant reply, can NOT take your order only payment.nShe was not interested in helping us with the self service screens, you need someone pleasant and helpful dealing with the public, we are not all clued up with the modern technology.nFantastic burgers and fries, complimentsnto the chef.nRegards the First Timers.
Food was good. However STEVEN has been amazing, very nice and helpful, offered to get me a highchair brought it to my table, offered to carry my food over, and made sure I wasn’t waiting to long with the children. He was very polite. He definitely deserves some appreciation. He’s a great credit to the team. We need more people like him in restaurants.
Food was ok, over the counter servers need to practice smiling and some manners wouldn’t go a miss. STEVEN on the other hand is awesome! Hope he gets paid a good wage because he sure deserves it. He doesn’t stop! He is helping customers and clearing tables, the restaurant is spotless all because of Steven. He is polite, friendly and very helpful. I have only given the rating I have because of Steven. Employers are lucky to find good staff, look after him.
Well cooked food, good typical fastfood quality.nnStaff are always lovely, especially Steven who took the food out to us and the ladies who took our order and gave our drinks to us.nnAlways a pleasure to use the drive through!
