Cosy seating areas, clean, convenient. Fairly slow service if you order something not already cooked. I can't have my favourite Zinger burger because they only cook it when I ask, and the chicken isn't cooked through.

Cleaner than the Chorley store but the food was Lukewarm and they gave me take out packaging even though I was eating in. A piece of chicken was difficult to identify as a piece of chicken. Quite a few tables hadn't had food cleared even though the place wasn't busy and the staff weren't doing anything else.

I love KFC. Prefer it over McDs. But staff at Pemberton need to remember to ask for your loyalty card & if your eating in or out. I'd taken my coat off while being served & sent it to a table with my children & still everything was put in a take out bag!
