Very greasy floor. Won't accept cash and you MUST use the electronic screens to make your order which was very complicated. No face to face, only when you collect your food. Some tables were not clean and the TOILETS were absolutely filthy.
Staffs in the counter doesn't know anything about offers or how to operate the til. Bit rude the grl who served. The toilet was too dirty. It was no rush and hardly two ppl were eating they can't even Clean it.
I have just bought a bargain bucket, the chicken is not cooked, see attached photo. In fact all pieces are not cooked properly. To matter worse, I have eaten one piece without checking. I will contact my local council if I am sick.
We have order KFC from this shop. They give us very horrible chicken. My kid eat them and say it’s bitter. Chicken is over done, Hard , so dry and taste bitter. I never mind about you give 3 small leg of 6 pcs chicken but you give us not good quality food that’s make me disappointed.
Got a delivery from Uber eats and missed one box meal...been calling the KFC for over 15 minutes, its engaged, obviously have the phone off the hook! How frustrating!
