Good visit. Nice surprise that food was all fresh and good tasting. Clean environment. Still limited menu. No corn and no wraps, buns or rice but plenty chicken. Staff not over enthusiastic but that's standard at KFC. Great of you just want the standard food and go. Staff visibly cleaning outside which was encouraging.

Absolutely disgusting service and food. The order was all wrong and looked as though it had been prepared by a child. The gravy tasted like it had cleaning products in it. The food was thrown in the bin. I spoke to a member of staff called Corina who provided me with a reference number and said she would refund the order. After travelling back to the store she said she would replace the order which I explained was no good as I would not want to eat the food now plus we had eaten something else in the meantime. Corina shrugged her shoulders and said she could not help then. Disgusting.

The amount of times the order is wrong is unbelievable. 8/10 there something missing or the order is wrong. If you ever use there drive through make sure your order is correct and nothing is missing.

Incompetent staff. Sent the food back and said to the person serving the meal was cold, he then went and I watched him change just the chips and bought the meal back. At this point I asked if he had re-made the meal as it's cold or just changed then chips? Changed the chips he replied. I again asked him to re-make the meal as it's cold. He went and changed the burger, but not the wings and side which were both stone cold. At this point I gave up and decided this must be the level of service you pay for at this KFC having not been there for a while, and won't be going back again soon.
