Very good standards for a sandwich shop, but the shop on the ground floor of frenchagte could be improved. It doesn't have much variety of products, however, the shop in the upper floor in frenchgate is outstanding. The variety is great, the hygiene is above average. I highly recommend this place.

Used to love Gregg's for a quick pit stop, but the one downstairs in the frenchgate is not very nice.. 3 times me and my mum have visited.. I always have steak and cheese roll and my mum cheese and onion, point is not once on our visits have we been warned of the hotness (lack of it) we bite into our snacks for them to be stone cold! And not been told about it.. Never using this again
