ABSOLUTELY THE WORST EXPERIENCE!!!!! I came in asking for a trim just a shape up and not to cut it short! She told me she will only make it one length ... instead she kept pushing my head down the whole time while cutting my hair and In additon to that drenched it in water when I asked for a DRY CUT! When she was done my hair was short in the back and longer in the front and she had cut a SHORT BOB!!! Which I didn’t ask for !!!!! And then cut my fringe short and uneven !!!! My hair is sooo short at the back all my neck is exposed and I can’t even tie my hair up !!!!! ITS A DAMN BOYS HAIR CUT !! I’m enarresed to go out !!! All I could do is come home and cry !!! I’m currently wearing a wig until my hair grows out which will take a long time !!!!! To finish it all off she asked me if I wanted my hair blow dryed or air dryed OFCOURSE BLOWDRY IF U DRENCHED IT IN WATER !!! And she charged me extra for the blow dry WHEN I ASKED FOR A DAMN DRY CUT !!!! NOT WORTH DAMN £25 Their ripping people off !!!!!!

The people that work in here can't say that they are hairdressers! Leena ruined my hair! I'm ashamed of getting out of the house because of the state of my hair! When I went there to show her how my hair ended up, she shouted at me, was rude and said that she didn't care about the state of my hair! As a hairdresser, LEGALLY she has to fix my hair or give me a part of my money spent. Although, I didn't ask for the money just for her attention and she instantly started shouting. Please for the sake of your hair DON'T GO HERE!!
