They provide a variety of services. However, treatments on weekends can be a bit of hit and miss. Best to have an appointment booked in advance. Their weekday staff is good and attentive to customers.

I would recommend booking an appointment. I've been a few times. Very good at what they do and spend time and don't rush, professional. The rooms are clean, have fans and tv, modern and they do offers now and then for offpeak times which makes me go back. I've used Julie recently, very good job and thorough with face thread and waxing. Anjali

I am a regular here for getting my eyebrows threaded. Usually walk in as it's always last minute with me but they are very accommodating.

Very bad at their work, they cannot speak understand english well nor how to do a professional job. They are so bad that you will not go again

Whilst they are all very good at beauty treatments, their customer service is SHOCKING! I was told i didn't need an appointment to get my eyebrows done when i called and that i can just head in. when i did so, i was then told they are too busy. They are always too busy but continue to tell me i don't need an appointment for eyebrows !! The general reception is poor and they act they are doing you a favour instead of doing their job. they do eyebrows well though. BUT i wont be gong back.
