As a visiting wedding photographer from Dorset I was plesantly surprised at how welcoming and helpful the staff here were. I was expecting to be rushed through especially as it was a valentines day wedding but they took their time to make sure my couple had their special day to remember.
Julie and Anne are amazing! They made everybody in the ceremony at ease as they are so easy to talk to and very accommodating. Thank you both for making our special day extra special
We were married on 7th November in the Rossetti Room at Chelsea Old Town Hall. The registrars, Sally and Anne, were friendly and helpful, easing our nerves and making everything run smoothly. The room was beautiful and we felt both honoured and special to be marrying in such a lovely place. Thanks to all.
The perfect experience for our wedding day. The Brydon room was beautiful and the registrars were wonderful. They made our special day feel even more special. We got married recently in the Brydon Room, had such a magical day, Rebecca and Sergio were so lovely and helpful, despite us being very very stressed about everything! It was such a great day and amazing location. Highly recommend!

Fantastic Civil Wedding Venue in Chelsea! There is few different sized room so the venue could accomodate all small wedding ceremonies. Rooms are nice and the staff is really helpful. They really care about couple experience looking after guests and allowing to take time with all the celebrations. Photographywise the venue is really friendly and the outside space is really good for both group family shots and some couple photographs. Nearby small streets are very stylish and allow to get real London feel. We are very glad that we are back there every year. Thank you.
What a beautiful venue for a wedding! Although it was just the two of us and two witnesses, we thoroughly enjoyed every single moment. The registrars were brilliant and made us feel at ease and we would like to thank you so very much for making our special day even more special.
We were married in the Harrington Room on Friday 15/12/2023 with the ceremony carried out by Sergio & Nelson. They were supportive friendly and professional & ensured we enjoyed the ceremony. We the loved the venue and we so glad to have chosen Chelsea Town Hall for our memorable day.
