A seemingly random disarray of mausolea,crypts,tombs,monuments, sarcophagi, tombs and fresh graves conflating eras. Here the High and mighty, the renowned and distinguished, the forgotten and the humble are interred, often at arms length, cheek by jowl; patently a cosmopolitan companionship. Redolent of Victorian Gothic and evoking both pathos and hubris. Unfeigned and affecting. " all who have died are equal " * * Comanche proverb.

A lovely nature reserve that only adds to the eeriness of a graveyard. Purposefully left to overgrow and flower. I think it's wonderful.

Interesting atmosphere and variety of graves and mausoleums. A peaceful place to come explore.

My family are buried here you always get a cheery wave from attendants as you drive in they keep the place beautifully and its always a pleasure to visit
