A total scam, avoid them at all costs. I arranged a viewing today and once I get to the property they said the house was taken already with no notice nor they called me. Luckily I don’t live far but what a complete messed up agency they are

The worst in terms of cutomer service. Travelling from Basingstoke to London to do a viewing. I was on my way and and received a message that someone paid the deposit. I was stuck nad had to come back from london in teh next train. Atleast be decent enough to show the property. A bunch of losers truely. Never waste a customers time please.
If I could give 0 stars I would! Even for the rough housing market in London this agency is nothing but terrible. The year I rented with them was filled with problems starting from extremely poor conditions the flat was in to the absolutely unacceptable way the agency staff operates and communicates with tenants. Imran apparently one of the managers repeatedly displayed the most irrational and aggressive behaviour towards our basic requests. The apartment was not equipped with smoke detectors, we lived months without hot water and had leaking heaters in almost every room.
Amazing service, the team know exactly what they are doing. Had issues renting by another agency, came over to KL found amazing tenants and management has been on point.
