We had an excellent experience dealing with CityZen. They helped us secure the apartment within a day and the entire process was smooth. Max was very helpful in the viewing and helping us bid and get the deposit in quickly. Jesse was excellent in the entire reference process. Would highly recommend them.

Adriana and Ali Ahmed helped me with my rental. They were very enthusiastic and professional. Whenever I have problems, I can reply and solve them in time. I like them a lot. Adriana is very beautiful and very efficient. Ali Ahmed is a great guy, I always get a quick response when I email him with questions! Plus, The Haydon house is great!

I am really happy for the service of this agency especially i am glad to work with mister Peter Ogundare, from my experience with him during my 12 months of tenancy he is one the best property managers i worked with, he is very helpful and he does all his best, to please the tenants. Our experience with Cityzen was great. We were tenants of one of the properties for 2 years. Our main point of contacts were Danny Julie and Misha Lyons. They were quick to respond and maintained a smooth communication between us and the landlord. They handled all the queries and maintenance issues very well. Danny was a great help while moving out and made it a smooth process.

Had a great experience with CityZEN helped out by their agent Max. Trying to find a flat in London when moving from elsewhere is no easy job but with Max’s help with virtual viewings we were able to find a great property within only a week. Would highly recommend.

Jazmin showed us the property and then Ali the property manager took care of everything else! Smooth transition like I only had to email them on 3-4 occassions with confirmation of holding deposit, contract signing, referencing and key collection-that's it responds to calls swiftly as I wanted to confirm the office address for key collection. Friendly and supportive staff! Would definitely recommend! Thanks again Ali!

Such a great estate company for students looking to find a place to rent in Manchester! Tommy Thacker was a delight to work with and made everything so easy and hassle-free. Quick to respond and even helped out on his day off! Highly recommend.

Tommy was extremely helpful throughout the entire process a few initial issues with the property but he was always on hand to try his best to rectify these. Really accommodating agency would recommend to anyone.
