Thank you to all the staff at the Urgent Treatment Centre in Kendal! They took very good care of my wife’s injured knee, quickly took x-rays, quickly identified a broken tibia and quickly had her in a medical transport to Lancaster hospital! Couldn’t have asked for better service, especially as my wife’s American and we’re just visiting from the states. The experience today made me proud to be British and that’s all thanks to the fantastic staff, keep up the good work; we all know it’s been a hard couple of years. The NHS is a very special thing, and coming from the hot mess of a healthcare system across the pond, it makes me appreciate it all the more! Thank you thank you thank you!

Amazing staff very friendly, approachable staff. I took my daughter there after she sprained her foot on holiday, we were seen quickly and given the best method of treatment which was an ankle brace. I cant thank the staff enough how good they were.
