Like the majority of reviews, I have always found the food of good quality however recently received a dish without the extra sauce I had paid for, on the next visit I happened to mention this when I was ordering, and the owner treated my comment with indifference and in fact like another reviewer's experience, made out I was lying. I have never experienced this type of customer service in any other Chinese establishment, usually they go out their way to be courteous and only too keen to resolve any minor issues. Recently the portions of fried rice have also shrunk by about a third in size (together with dishing up reheated chips) compared to other carry out places and is also more expensive. Like I said at the start of the review the food is good however I think this place is starting to abuse the customers who have always stood by them, classic error in any business, resting on their laurels. Unfortunately time to look elsewhere .

This is by far the best Chinese takeaway in cumbernauld.  Great service friendly people and amazing food.  You will not be disappointed I promise you.
