Just stopped by for quick meal, asked by staff to sit at one side of restaurant so they could close off the other side (for cleaning, it was around 8.30pm and not busy so not a problem); however the area available to sit was absolutely disgusting with litter and discarded food all over the floor (I've uploaded photos but they don't even give you a good idea) - tables at least had been wiped clean. If closing off an area it might be a good idea to clean the area you're asking customers to sit and eat in first BEFORE you clean the closed off area!!

Total disguised by a member of staff called Nicole. We had placed our order to be told by other members of staff that there wasn't enough chicken for our order so we would have to wait 20 minutes or so the girl who informed us of this was very obliging & offered coffee while we wait but that was not to our satisfaction as we wanted to get home. At that point this girl called Nicole came out from behind the kitchen & asked us to leave & took the money from the till & said she was going to phone the police I am disguised at her response to her actions very unprofessional as she had nothing to do with the order that we had placed no customers service skills at all this KFC has to be avoid by all means until they sort there staffing issues & also there catering issues on a Sunday night at 8.15pm shocking!!!!!

Go here quite a lot they never seem to get your order right. Foods always fresh and hot and its usually a quick service.

Not been in kfc in cumbernauld for a long time and won't be back for a long time don't think it's been cleaned for a very long time sat at the window the window sills where disgusting the floors where disgusting seats in fact the whole place was disgusting makes you wonder what there kitchen is like didn't even go into the toilets didn't want to take the chance

Kfc need I say anything about it? Surely everyone knows kfc and don't need to look it up to find out what it's like. I've never had any problems or unpleasant experiences at any kfc I've been to.
