Paid for a takeaway order online, showed up and the restaurant was shut yet the money had been taken - took 28 minutes on the phone to customer services to be told it would be 15 days until I received a refund. Told me they would contact the branch to sort a refund, branch manager confirmed head office haven’t been in contact - they never took card details, order details or an order number so I’m confused as to how they plan on refunding it? Worst customer service I’ve experienced to date, a company this size you’d expect better - how many customers are they doing this to?

Didn't get a garlic pizza bread, had to have normal dry garlic bread when I'd had a pizza base as garlic bread before. Watched two staff members sign the toilet inspection sheet without entering any of the toilets, 5 minutes previously I had to enter the cubicle where my son was struggling to get the toilet dispenser to work. Ordered a Barbecue Americano as on many occasions prior, this time it came with bacon on it . Sorry, but wasn't my best experience.

As you can expect from the chain with regard to food, the staff were very friendly too

Food is pretty ordinary and I think the quality could be improved. Soft drinks are expensive.
