I had braces with Dr katz for a minor issue. He was always extremely agressive, had no patience and was not interested in listening to my concerns. He has left me with many dental issues. I also found him to be extremely arrogant. Please please think and get other opinions before going ahead with this orthodontost. I would hate for anyone to be suffering in the way that I have and still am.

Their customer service is awful, they had treated my younger sister in such a manner she left the place crying and calling me, they had made a 16 year old cry and left her emotional, once I had called to ask what kind of service was this the lady on the phone started to tell me how the Nhs works what kind of staff are employed this is just not the best place to go at all, she was talking over me and raised her voice did not even appolsied once, I will be taking this further.

Definatley do not recommend this place! They speak very rudely and is not a good place, especially if you are alone!!

Good service, the dentist was really friendly and I now love my teeth. However , when I then returned to request a work experience placement , I called early as I knew places would fill up quickly and was told to send my CV and cover letter to their email address - which I did , twice. I didn't receive any massage back so decided to call them back after a month. I was then told that work experience places were full up and no remorse or apology for their failure of getting back to me on time was shown. This was truly disappointing significantly due to the very different service I received whilst being a patient here.
