I wanted to see the hygienist and was told that there was a fairly long wait to be seen but I could go on the ‘cancellation list’. Later that morning I receive a call from Reception offering me an appointment the very next day. The hygienist, Mariam, was superb and gentle. No discomfort. Fantastic service! I was so pleased that a took out a dental contract and booked another appointment for the dentist followed by the hygienist in six months time.
I get seen by Leigh-Ann and she is the only dentist who has ever put me at ease. She was recommended to me by my neurologist because she understands nervous patients with complicated facial pain. Basically I asked for the best of the best and he didn’t hesitate to say her name. She has just treated me for an emergency tooth repair and I can confirm that she is in fact the best of the best. Kind, compassionate and really really knows what she’s doing. She also lets you watch films while she’s drilling your teeth which is a great way to not feel scared.
Yesterday I broke a front tooth - distressing and unattractive. Karen squeezed me into Jonathan’s busy schedule where my tooth was patched up and a speedy plan made to rectify the problem permanently. The care and generosity of time I’m guessing no lunch for Mr Lever was truly above and beyond and I am very grateful and appreciative. My husband and I have been with Jonathan’s Dental Practice for many years. His work is exemplary and and his staff are delightful and professional.
Jonathan and the hygienists looked after us professionally as they always do. There's always a warm friendly welcome from the receptionist and that level of service remains throughout. I'd thoroughly recommend Jonathan and his team.
I had such a wonderful experience at JL Dental Care ! Dr Jonny Lightstone and his team were amazing - I went to see Jonny for composite bonding and the whole process from start to finish was brilliant. He made me feel comfortable throughout and was a complete perfectionist. I could not be happier with my results - I would recommend him and the practice to anyone !
Always great to see Dr Leigh-Ann Elias and her team. She always put me at ease and she is so gentle I leave without any pain. I travel from Sutton in Surrey to see her as she is the best. I would not go anywhere else.
As always fantastic care and treatment from Jonathan and his team. Dentist visits are not top of my list ever, but JL Dental make it bearable and deliver on the treatment that I need.
Miriam is a star hygienist, taking time to help me with my dental care & overall being friendly & bubbly. Felt very welcomed and will be using this dentist long-term. Highly recommend!
I have visited the practice for years and decided to have Invisalign with Dr Jonny Lightstone. I highly highly recommend - the service I received was incredible from start to finish! He and his team were extremely professional and attentive throughout the whole process!
I moved here about a year ago now and my goodness it was by far THE BEST decision I have ever made!. I had severe anxiety when going to the dentist given very bad experiences for years in the past but the first time I saw Dr Lever he was very understanding with my anxiety, took things slow and I walked out of there after a simple check up much more confident and knowing I don't need to worry about going to the dentist. I had a hygienist appointment yesterday 21/06/21 and I had once again very severe anxiety but from past experiences it clearly traumatised me however the hygienist I cannot remember her name was SO SWEET, patient, understanding and worked on how best to treat me using the water to clean my teeth instead of the other way which made me extremely anxious but I completely relaxed once she started and it all got done but I greatly appreciated how patient they were with me. Next time I go in for my next appointment I know I don't need to be anxious at all, my dentist anxiety has gone given I know I am in the best possible care and they are truly fantastic here! Thank you to the amazing staff for being so understanding and patient I appreciate it greatly and I cannot recommend this dentist any higher because they are just FANTASTIC!
