This dental practice is by far the best dentist in Mill Hill! The dentist makes me feel comfortable, she explains everything before she does it and makes sure you know what's about to happen. I have been going here for 2 years and never once felt that daunting feeling I would normally get in a dentist chair! I'm so happy that I'm about to get a lot of private work done to my teeth! Thanks for being brilliant, my smile is back and here to stay!!

I had an emergency appointment with a very painful tooth. A lovely lady dentist explained very thoroughly the treatment and I left after 40 minutes with my tooth being sorted. Spent £50. It was like a miracle to me!!! Great dentist, very gentle and efficient. Thank you so much! Eliza

I had to replace my crown after 10 year so I had an appointment with "Appex Dental Care". I got a temporary crown and after 3 week waiting got my new crow which was very tight and was told it will get better. When I looked at it in the mirror at work, found out the crown is not fitted properly and looked very inward (not aligned with other tooth) and because it was so tight it gave me a bad headache so had to go back, then they took it out, gave me another temporary crown and had to wait another 3 weeks for new crown which in the end does not look good at all, look smaller than before and still a bit inwards. I just found out my brother had a very bad experience with them too and therefore left a feedback but they didn't take it positively and cancelled his appointment and threatened him that they will call NHS and report him (for what!! God knows)!! VERY UNPROFESSIONAL NEVER GOING BACK TO APEX DENTAL CARE AGAIN!

First Review Title: I have been given an incomplete advice! Second Review Title: I'LL NEVER GO BACK TO APEX DENTAL CARE AFTER BEING HARASSTED I have used them in the past and I would say they were a four star Dental Care, however with my recent experience I give them one star :-I My crown fell off and I called on Nov 4th to get it fixed. They gave me an appointment on 7th with another doctor, then on 6th , funnily enough, another tooth got chipped a bit. When I got there “on time” on the 7th and explained the situation, the doctor looked as if he was in hurry and ignored my explanation and fixed my chipped tooth and asked me to leave. I explained to him that the tooth without a crown was the reason I got the appointment and he explained it's gonna be £500 if I want it to be similar colour to my tooth, after a minute explanation he agreed that there is another type called composite that would cost around £90 (the base of the crown would be amalgams and the top layer would be composite). Story short, I got another appointment on 16th with my main doctor as he did not have time. On 16th when I got there, another doctor took some X-rays and gave me another appointment on 25th so that she can start the process of fixing my tooth which means from now on I have to give them another two visits. So today I have paid for a visit for no treatment and still have to give them another two visits to get my crown fixed. Same thing happened to my brother's tooth last month and it's been done the same day with a temporary tooth and when the actual crown was ready in three weeks it's been placed on the second visit, then as it was too tight and inward they had to remove it and do it after another three weeks or so. After leaving the above review on 16th, I got a stressed out call from Apex Dental Care Owner on 21/11/16 that she takes every complaint seriously and as result of this review, they have cancelled my appointment which was this Friday and I have to go there and talk to them to rectify the problem and get another appointment. Then I have mentioned that please do not cancel the appointment as it's been nearly three weeks that I don't have any crown on my tooth and as the base of the crown is made of a dark material, it looks really bad. Then she put me on hold then said that the doctor that I visited the first time is out for lunch and if he can't see me today then it would be next week Monday and then if we get this matter sorted we give you another appointment. At this point, with a neutral and disappointed tone, I have mentioned that I just left a review of your service online and it's not right to treat me like this. You do realise that if you do this I have no choice but to leave more constructive reviews. Reviews are a great way to put things right, not to damage them more. She got furious, started to talk fast and told me that THIS IS ENGLAND, not my country that I can talk to her like this and now that this happened, she is going to report me to NHS. Then I tried to calm her down by saying that, this matter can be rectified in a better manner not by threatening me of calling the NHS. At this point after seeing that she wouldn't stop harassing me EVEN more, I've asked her to cancel my appointment because I have no choice but to use another Dental Practice. However, she ignored all I said and continued harassing me and I then hung up the phone. I know that most people either don't know how to leave an online review, they just don't have the time for it or they are shy to feel the courage to do it. I do my best to stay positive in every aspect of my life :-) and hoped that she can see a positive side of the matter. All I did was to give a three-stars constructive review that could be changed to a five-stars rating shortly after my treatment if it was all handled professionally.

She filled my mouth with fillings, top and bottom. I didnt need any! I had another dentist tell me this. The same fate almost befell my sister but luckily she went to another dentist and they told her she didnt need any. Another story about the same women is that she one time was working on my sister without anaesthetic. My sister was visibly crying (at the age of 14). I am pressing charges.
