Great little tip shop, amazes me what people throw out. The shop is always full to the rafters of really nice things, lots of books, clothes, dvds, electricals, toys and bric a brac! Have purchased a fair few things from here over the past few years. With all electrical items you get a 30 day guarantee too. Never expensive very fairly priced, ample car parking and always loads of room inside to have a good look around! Definitely worth going
I dumped 12 sheets of asbestos there today during covid times. It was all fairly straight forward as long as you book your slot in advance in the morning. Cost me a small amount of money though and had to unload and put in skip myself. Overall happy with the service

If you're looking for a charity shop to take your good condition items for recycling, do not take them to the one on site here. We took some items today and were appalled at the staff member who, clearly in a bad temper, took the box of brand new wine and tumbler glasses, which we informed him were breakable, and literally threw them into the back of the collection truck. We told him they were likely all broken now and he pulled a sour face and shrugged his shoulders, then picked up the boxed Christmas tree we'd brought and threw it into a skip. If he didn't want to take the items, he could have just said and we'd have happily taken them elsewhere. What a waste. And what a rude, miserable man. I wonder how many other good quality items are destroyed or just thrown away when they're dropped off here.
Brilliant place. Well run. And prices ensure everything sells unlike a lot of charity shops now. Polite willing smiley staff too.
