My wife booked a birthday package here for me. It was incredible.  We had a cute corner with a birthday card and balloon. The free cake and unlimited drinks was amazing. And the cats were just incredible. So many beautiful cats! As part of the birthday package, I had a small jar of treats. One shake of this and I had all the cats next to me. I'm pretty sure the rest of the guests weren't too happy about that but I was in my element.  A great place with beautiful, friendly cats. Great service. Awesome staff. Would highly recommend to any cat lovers out there.

All of the cats look and feel so well looked after, a huge credit to those responsible for that. All very content as you can see from the pictures and happy. The space they have to roam is plentiful and enough 'private areas' for them too, which is always nice to see. The service from the ladies was fantastic, happy and enthusiastic. A lovely afternoon, and with the unlimited drinks I didn't expect to much quality but they were also fantastic! Highly recommended.

We had a lovely afternoon with the cats for my son's birthday. Almost all of the cats were wandering around, happy to be stroked. Beautiful cats, well looked after with lots of places for them to escape to if they wanted. Great coffee and food. Will definitely be back!Food: 5/5

Such a beautiful concept! The cats live there and you can drink your coffee on 3 floors. There is a flat rate for drinks as long as you are there. When you check out, they look at how long you were there and then pay. You can cuddle the cats , watch them or play with them . A lovingly designed place where not only cats feel comfortable

Really lovely place and staff. Food and drinks are nice and the cats are very cute. Can be busy and lacking seats in areas where cats are concentrated. We were lucky today and we're pretty much alone with a Jack and Rupert upstairs and got some lovely pics. Looking forward to next time.

Brilliant on 3 floors. All drinks are free.  They also do some vegan cakes.  Pay on the way out.   So it doesn't matter how long you stay.  Cats are beautiful

Cute little cafe with 3 floors to see all 12 cats there! You pay for the length you're there, rather than set times which is such a great idea.  The toys available for the cats are amazing too - definitely took notes for my own cat

We love cats so prefect place for us to visit. Lovely relaxed atmosphere. Lots of different cats to see. Lots of food and drink options. Plus they do birthday/special occasion packages too which are good. Only downside is id love to take my daughter for her 1st birthday but they dont allow young kids i understand why but i know she'd love it great place to visit and easy to get to.

Cats were very cute but a bit shy. Very good service, book in advance and get unlimited hot or cold drinks. I had a mocha. Was a little too cold for my sister, but the top floor is warmer. Lots of little holes and steps and beds for the cats. There was a ginger one Rupert I think sleeping on a bed very close to the ceiling and  Jack was taking strokes from many on the second floor. Honestly a very lovely place and is definitely worth the money.  Kid-friendliness: Pretty kid-friendly, but cats may be unwilling to receive strokes and this may disappoint your children.  Parking: recommended to park elsewhere and walk, or get a train to Central across the road.  Wheelchair accessibility: Ground floor only

Absolutely looove this Cat Cafe! Me and my girlfriend have been coming here for years and every time we’ve been we had a great experience! Such a relaxed environment, drinks are great, staff are super friendly! Cats are really cute, looked after and playful! Great location as well with it being on Bold Steet. Can’t wait to go again
