I have orderd a couple of times from there and always late 30-60 minutes. Today i orderd 15/04/24 chicken nuggets and chips which had silver black hair on it stuck to the chicken nugget the chips were covered in grease. i also orderd 2 sausages rolls which i only recieved one and a stake pie that i havent orderd. Horrible will never orderd again!
Ordered around half 12. Food never turned up to close to 4pm. When I rang at 2pm they said they was bagging the food up. Rang at 3:10 and they said the driver had only just left. Food came sweaty from sitting a carton for that long and was disgusting. Basically tea time by the time it arrived when it was supposed to be for dinner. Also would not call the meat steak but charcoal. Go and put your money in the bin would be better spent.
Order placed at 11.12am arrived a 12.45 cold,hash browns still frozen and paid for extra bacon that they never added looks good but tasted rank especially cold phoned the shop twice to be told it's on its way,no it wasn'tFood: 1/5
After waiting two hours and still no foodx2 bacon buttys I had to drive there myself and collect as I doubt it would of ever arrived shop was empty no que, food was horrible in the end. Avoid at all costs robbing a living and they also lie and say your food has just left.Food: 1/5
Ordered at 10:55am , it’s now 12:20pm, despite calling and asking for updates , i assume it’s not coming. I’ve actually went to the shops at 11:30am, bought the ingredients, and cooked it myself instead and it’s still not come. I’ll be staying far away from this nowFood: 1/5
Ordered food at 12pm didn’t arrive until 2:30pm called twice first time I called the phone was put down on me after being on hold for 5 minutes the second time I called had a very rude staff member telling me “that’s just how it is” when I told her I’d been waiting over an hour for my food. Then told me it would be ten minutes and was only just being cooked?? Only ordered a sausage butty and when it came it was freezing and tasted awful. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!
Another great buffet. Tasty, reliable and excellent value for money. Went down great at my mums 70th birthday party in house highly recommend and will always use cafe vanilla. Thanks xxFood: 5/5
Took over an hour to come, the bacon and egg on toast was freezing, the toast and bacons were burnt to charcoal, and the steak curry was dry and cold. Definitely wouldn’t recommendFood: 1/5
Ordered at 11:30am and didn't get delivered until 2 hours later. Absolutely terrible, was told they were busy.. don't take other orders if over run. Won't be ordering from them again.Food: 2/5
DO NOT EVEN WASTE A SECOND ON READING THE MENU. took nearly two hours for a simple order. Came sloppy and with an attitude. Had to ring twice after not being able to get through and believe it or not that's a BLT???.... Deffo be asking for a refund because what even is that... Order at breakfast time if you want a half hearted attempt of some food... Fuming...
