So we had a huge wait despite the empty tables. Orders were taken nice and quick. They forgot our drinks so had to remind them. The place gets noisy and crowded fast plus you have to share your table. The Food is sub par. If your looking for a truly authentic dining experience you should head to Happy Samurai which is about 3 minute walk away. I had the same thing to eat there a couple of days ago and the flavours explode in your mouth.

Young and energetic staff always attentive and friendly. Food is good and served quickly but we wish the dishes weren’t tweaked and altered so often - we’ve been here on dozens of occasions and some of our favourites have been altered several times. Can’t fault the staff but the Ramen is sadly no longer the best in Canterbury... The Happy Samurai is your boy for that dish!

After wanting to try a Wagamama’s meal for so long, I finally got the chance to and unfortunately I wasn’t too impressed. The udon noodles had some flavour but was very dry. Service was good though.

Was sat down in an unavailable seat then made to move. The waiter was a bit pushy too. Nice food too if a little pricey.

First time visit. Enjoyed the experience due to the food was well cooked and still hot when it arrived at the table. Biggest compliment was the speed of service and food arriving at the table. Both chopsticks 🥢 and cutlery 🍴 provided 😁
