My preferred food outlet. Never had a bad meal yet. I've been going there for the last 10 years.

I ordered from here this evening (and have done in the past) at around 6:17pm online whereni was notified my order would take an hour. I have since phone as my order was yet to be delivered, to be told by the manager (whom sounded like he had no idea what he was doing) that my food was the next order to be collected by the driver and would be with me in no more than 10-15 minutes. Bearing in mind I live a small 5 minute drive away (and I have children to bath & get ready for bed so can't leave the house) I have waited, only to have to all back as my older children were complaining of being hungry, to be told my order hadn't even been prepared yet and that it was a 'busy time' in The evening!! Not acceptable! I am not £18.50 out of pocket with no cash to buy anything else and hungry mouths to feed! I will not be using this unorganised shocking delivery service again! Absolute joke get some more reliable staff!

Placed an online order, went to collect it an hour later but they hadn't even started it, it took 15 minutes to find out what was going on, and was then told it could be another hour. Some of the worst customer service I have ever experienced.

Slow service. Placed my order for sausage and chips 20 minutes later was still standing in the shop waiting for it. Staff not very communicative
