Do not dislike or hate the business at all! Lovely business with great factors but quite a few things need improving: Great and extremely friendly service! Much better than Tasty China down the road from this business. Clearly labelled menus in the business however the business still has Christmas decorations up despite it being towards the end of January! Short waiting time and meal is supplied very well and keeps warm for quite a while :) Prices are a bit too much for what you are buying although what I bought (Sweet and Sour Chicken Balls with Chips) was pretty decent and quite tasty. Would like to see the prices go down a little bit. Staff are helpful and know the menu/stock well. I will most likely be returning here as overall I am impressed with the business but as I said, quite a few things need changing. Presentation of the meal is good. Chicken comes with lots of fat on it than what is needed and slightly ruins the meal. This needs improving. Prices for side orders are decent and are fine as they are. It is the main meal prices that need knocking down abit. Kitchen staff are hardworking as are the people who take your order :) Very friendly indeed! Would like to see a few stools around the worktops to sit in and eat the meal as there is enough room to do this.

Great Food, but unfortunately, delivery driver was horrible. I was in the shower at the time of delivery, rather than calling my phone (Which i would have heard) - He decided to wait for 5 mins or so, i got out and heard the door, ran down, upon his arrival he shouted at me and argued at the fact that he had been waiting, you have my number, its there to call, change your driver

Lovely staff, best Chinese takeout in Chester. I'd recommend their salt and pepper chips, best I've ever had.

Going downhill fast used to be the best but standards are low nowadays. Such a shame
