Great Indian on the canal in Chester. Very nice and helpful staff and we were not rushed or hurried at all. Gave four stars instead of five because my curry (Madras) had a bit too much of a lime taste though this may appeal to some. Good beer selection and full menu. Nice views of the canal too. Restaurant was busy on the Wednesday we visited so, even though we got a table towards the end of the evening, I think reserving a table would be wise.

This lies on the canal route going to the city center. There are a few places places to eat and drink down this part of the canal. We just fancied Indian cuisine, thus , got ourselves in. Can't remember the dishes ordered but they sure were spicy. Service was not bad. You really need to take the time going through your orders as they can be too filling. If anything, the atmosphere here if quite refreshing as there is lots of openings to let the circulation of fresh air. Being by the canal is a bonus as it gets entertaining during the warmer season due to activities taking place.

Always a warm welcome awaits you at this fantastic curry house. The food and service is great. Highly recommended.

Seated straight away without booking. Attentive but not intrusive service. Food excellent, particularly the nan bread! Lovely lighting and decor, cosy for such a large restaurant. Busy place, good atmosphere, will definitely dine here again some time.
