Crispy shredded beef: 3/10 Very crispy but tasted like there's no beef inside, just crunchy batter. Sauce was nice and surprised me with hints of orange which balanced the sweet, Umami vibe. Nevertheless, disappointing. Sweet and sour Chicken: 1/10. Chicken tasted reheated and stale inside chewy, undercooked batter. Sauce was more vinegary than sweet and texture was foul, glutinous. Almost inedible. 1 out of 10 because the veggies inside were fresh. Stir fried veg: 3/10 Bland, translucent beige sauce with subtle, unidentifiable flavour. Majority of veg NOT fresh but was packed, so contained a lot of vitamins. £15 total - No free crackers for first time customer, Rude server in person and on telephone. Dirty, untidy inside. Avoid

I have been going to this Chinese for over 20 years and the previous owners were really lovely. When the new people took over it was evident that the guy behind the counter was extremely rude and abrupt. On many occasions I have contemplated about telling him about his appalling customer service skills. This evening I ordered food on the phone and they got my order wrong. When I told the guy he started blaming me!! I order food from there at least once a week and spend an average of £35. He didn't want to change the food I had received and when I said that I would never use there establishment again he said he didn't care!! I will take my business elsewhere in the future.
Hands down the best Chinese take away in East London, in terms of food. Customer service has room for improvement. Usually friendly, but they have been very short and borderline rude on several occasions. If you are placing a straightforward order then there's usually no problem. Biggest let down of this place is that they only accept card orders for pick up orders - cash only for deliveries. Food is brilliant though and worth the occasional attitude of the staff.
I've just have a conversation on the phone with the restorant and they set to me they can't deliver far then 2 mile away and I live 1.8 miles from there. I've just checked on Google maps and it's say 9min by bike... Absolutely ridiculous.
Worst service ever.!! They don’t take card payments.! Till we order over 10£. And food tastes too bad and soggy as well.
1st time ordering from here, and to b honest the food was absolutely delicious, it was so good I have put their fone number in my fone, well worth the money and delivery man was very nice, polite and friendly. Well done Kam Hon.
What happened to this place. I'm not even going to mention the ribs.... they are that bad. The Singapore noodles look more like super noodles. Seems like because I ordered when they opened I got last nights left overs. Avoid this place like the plague. Absolutely awful!!!!!!
Ribs are absolute filth! You wouldn't feed them to a dog! They are not BBQ ribs they look like a cat chopped up and taste awful! Chow mein drenched in oil! Salt n pepper prawns soggy due to too much oil! Would not recommend this place at all! Please google and look at the image and the photo of the shop! The upstairs is rotten!
I’ve only had the chicken chow mein, and it was incredibly delicious. Very tasty, and lots of food for a large portion. Highly recommend.
