I just want to say that the fish burger costed me around £3.50 when I bought and it tasted very basic. Apart from the fish fillet itself which tasted fantastic the rest of the burger was a bit dry and not fresh. It didn’t have any flavour at all. Disappointed. Never coming back here again.
Great chicken for amazing prices. Fresh, flavourful and great services. Better chicken then KFC next door. Wings are to die for. Eat in options available. Great place for students to grab something quick to eat. Check this place out.
WORST & NASTIEST CHICKEN SHOP IVE EVER BEEN TO. I ordered the chicken burger and wings combo. The burger, wings and the fries were all extremely greasy. It felt like they were fried hours ago, had gone cold, and then refried several times to be heated up. My stomach is not feeling well… I genuinely think that frozen chicken nuggets would have tasted better.
I visited Dixie at 5am after a night out so bare that in mind. I wasn't intoxicated though as I had been drinking water only, all night. The tables in the shop were very dirty at 5am, covered in chicken boxes and bones but that is to be expected at that time with only one staff member. However my friend insisted that this was the finest chicken shop on her side of the river so I trusted her recommendation. The fellow behind the counter was a bit aggy miserable & aggressive but once again that's understandable after serving fried food to what was likely hundreds of drunk people all night. At that time in the morning the menu was limited so I ordered grilled wings and chips. The wings were well seasoned and flavourful the skin was a little flabby and I prefer crispy skin but it wasn't that bad. He fried us fresh chips and with a lil salt you can't really go wrong. My friends both ordered chicken burgers and they also really enjoyed their food. So if you're ever in the area and it's very early in the morning I do recommend you pop into Dixie.

Best chicken filet burger in dixy chicken keep it up
Open till late so I'm tempted to give this a two. If you ever order from uber eats or deliveroo and request any sauce they will ignore and give none. Food is not the worst not great either! but if you're ordering from a delivery app, you're guaranteed to recieve dry breast pieces despite what you might request in the notes. If you're getting food from here it's probably because it's late and you're in a sticky situation. Overall, dead joint but desperate times call for desprate measures
Not up to expectations and very bland particularly the burgers and the ribs very hard and extremely chewy sauce variety wasn’t the best

Good from far, but far from good. Standard dixy deals are always a pleasure. Sweetly priced, salty and succulent, and less gut rot than a Morley's. Jah bless
