In Manchester they just opened this restaurant, there were amazing,creative decorations and a nice atmosphere. The staff was particularly nice with us but seemed nice to everyone. The drinks were spectacular. But put all the good things aside, the only bad thing was the foods presentation could be more creative. We asked for a lot of things from the menu but they said to us that it is not available. I am going to come back though because the kebab looked really nice!
The staff there are extremely helpful. I got a Groupon deal and had issues but they were resolved in a timely manner. The decor was nice. Loved the ceiling flowers. My friends and I loved the food.
Came here for the first time for lunch with a friend. The staff were friendly and attended to us well. The service was good, we weren’t waiting too long for our food. The interior is beautiful; the flower ceiling was very pleasing to look at - I want one in my house! I ordered the creamy garlic mushrooms, falafel & homemade chips and the food tasted great. The reason I didn’t give it 5* is because they didn’t have many Veggie options on the menu, maybe around 5 V dishes which isn’t a lot! The food was also on the pricey side, but it’s Manchester so you what can you expect?! Overall, a lovely place.
KAI beautiful restaurant with great food, lovely and helpful staff. And best frothy cappuccino in town! I pop in there early morning and those guys make it for me even though they are still busy setting their tables out! They really know how to make you feel welcome! And their Christmas decorations are stunning!
Friendly staff, tasty food and well designed surroundings. Only criticisms would be falafel was quite salty and the style of hummus was a bit watery for my rate I prefer it thicker. But that’s minor detail compared to how tasty and well presented he food is. We’ll definitely be back!
Loved the atmosphere and decor in here - it’s perfect for taking photos but unfortunately the food just wasn’t up to scratch. Small portions with big prices and we had to wait 25 mins for food to arrive.
Booked and got there they could not find us on their printed list, showed online booking then were seated, food was chewy meat, pida was more like magherita pizza barely any chicken on it, food was poor quality for what you expect for a plush place, nice atmosphere nice decor etcetera but food needs improving
We visited Kai as a result of seeing the place on Instagram and it's prime location on Deansgate. Having visited on a Monday night, it was relatively quiet in comparison with what I imagine a weekend would be. Nonetheless, the food and service was exquisite. Cooked brilliantly, and the waitresses were extremely hospitable.
Excellent food and service, would definitely recommend anyone to go. Had this lovely chicken kebab, will be coming again!
Lovely starters and decor - mains were very bland for my palette!
