Just Mr Kebab pizza &Chicken

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!! Before I start on the bad, I must say this whole situation caused quite an entertaining Saturday evening... However, I am appalled by the disgusting customer service I received. Our delivery was missing an item we had ordered, and also the portion size we received was much smaller than the ‘large’ we ordered. Among this we ordered ‘Mr Chicken’ which came as a chicken burger cut up, if I wanted a chicken burger I would have ordered it and cut it up myself. Unable to get through on the phone we sent the missing items as a new order with the notes stating we were missing these items. When the food arrived they clearly hadn’t read the notes and instead of letting me explain the situation I was told I was a liar and the food was snatched away. I called the number and finally got through to another rude man, who told me I was ‘not good’ and put the phone down. I kept calling to try get through to the manager but they decided to answer and leave the phone unattended. I am not only disgusted, but also shocked at the little respect these people give to paying customers!

Did not take order correctly, phoned me back 35mins later to retake my order. Meat was burnt chips were dry and wanted extra money on delivery!

i live down the road from the kebab shop, when delivered food was cold and hard. after the 45 the food arrived so i don't what they do. but i think they order their kebab from somewhere else then pass it on. worst kebab house in SO14.

Terribly bad food it got to be the worst take way in Southampton You can pull better food out of the rubbish bin.
