Service was friendly but slow, burgers were fab. We ordered peppercorn sauce to have with chips and it was a joy.
An absolute cracking bar. We went down early evening and filled up with a southern fried sharer and home made nachos. Sooo much food and damn, it was good. The staff were chatty, super friendly and really helpful when deciding what to eat and drink. The bar has a great vibe, rustic wood, kinda junk yardy with music ranging from the 80s to the early 00s. We really had a nice evening and can't wait to go back, thanks guys.
Best pint of lager in Hamilton. Good lager quality, temperature and the use of a clean dry glass doesn't seem that difficult a combination, but most places can't do it.
Good pint and decent pub food with 2 vegan options on the menu, had the home recipe vegan chilli w/ a pint of tennents, noticed they also had moretti, west and innis and gunn on tapwould go back for a beer
Decided to pop by for a quick drink with my wife. First time visiting, was seated quickly and made to wait 15 minutes to place my order. There was only one person working behind the bar and only one draught lager tap working out of many options. After I placed my order for something else Waste of time.
A quaint bar with a conservatory type extension giving excellent views of the outside world, although there's not a lot to look at except a busy main road. Quite a smart place with a contemporary feel, more of a lounge setting rather than a bar. The service was as you would expect, no complaints.
The staff at yunk yard are absolutely fantastic and make a simple drink at Hamilton turn into a fabulous drink at Hamilton... honestly been to Glasgow / Edinburgh and not had the same level of service, I've worked in bars across the city and trust me these guys are on the ball.....such a quirky nice bar, well done jnk yrd....
First time in the restaurant but have had takeaway. It was very uni place with a band playing. The food was good as usual. Cocktails, well what can I say the vimto one was amazing The service was slow due to not enough staff but the staff were really nice
The staff are great. Really friendly and professional. Meal was good. Will visit again
Delicious food and cocktails served by fun, friendly and helpful staff. Great atmosphere, we will definitely be back
