My fave place for coffee in Hamilton. Lynn and her staff are bubbly, friendly and very professional. Cappuccino is the best in town.

It's a lovely place to go for tea after a few hours of shopping. I like their plain scones and their special tea. Staff fantastic and very friendly. The place is smart. I wouldn't go anywhere for tea only D'nisi.

Clean, convenient, professional staff, good customer service, lovely food...however, the music is FAR TOO LOUD!!! This is subjective, although I believe this will put many people off not bring them in. Chat impossible, hard to study, pensioners frightened - 3 groups of people who could be excluded. I write this review in the hope that management take heed and listen to this feedback. I actually want your business to thrive. Toilets very clean & cosy. Everything else spot on! Enjoyable experience, I will return. If I were to change 1 thing, it would be to introduce a home feel to the place and bring in some couches. People always go for the couches.
