Nice food, service is good most of the time, and portion size is good. Reasonably priced. Would recommend for a nice lunch.

Very enjoyable food excellent nice staff. Bad ass wings 8 of them very spicy great mozzarello melts tasty. Lasagne brill pizza huge and an ice cream 99 cone to finsh. Highly recommended.

Was here last night and I've been ill all day my ceaser salad chicken wasn't cooked or prepared correctly, I didn't notice but my friend did, I eat the chicken when it had some blood coming from it, been sick all day today!

Di Maggio's was once a very reasonable place to eat. Sadly, it is now a shadow of its former self. As Di Maggio's has actually went backwards the local Italian restaurant scene has long since surpassed it. 
After a recent (takeaway) meal, which if I'd been within the premises I'd have returned uneaten as I found it to be of an entirely inappropriate standard, the customer service was equally as unpalatable.
Subsequently, I've sent two emails for which not even an acknowledgement has been forthcoming. Clearly, Di Maggio's care not a jot in regards to customer satisfaction & even less so to improving their standards.
The meal in question was a seafood spaghetti. The calamari, king prawn & mussels were all tiny, sub-standard & massively over-cooked - quite clearly the product was pre-cooked, frozen, defrosted & reheat. The tomato sauce which accompanied it was more bland than I knew possible. It was passata sauce with zero seasoning & which was watered down massively by the defosted seafood's waters. The dish was inappropriate for even the worst of supermarkets pre-cooked ready meal standards.
To have highlighted the issue on two occassions & have received not do much as an apology & a thanks for submitting the feedback, is behaviour not fitting of any premise worth its salt.
Ignore Di Maggio's & attend one of the many other far superior Italian restaurants in Hamilton. I'd recommend Eataliano, Rocca, Pietruccios & even Frankie & Benny's way ahead of Di Maggio's.
By way of contrast, I had the pleasure of dealing with Frankie & Benny's in response to a justified complaint. The staff there took the issue seriously & were more than adequate in dealing with the matter, I was more than delighted with their kindness & concern. That was not the end of it however. The management promptly set about compensating ourselves for the unfortunate lack of attention to detail.
That in itself is proof enough that one American-Italian restaurant is a professional organisation & the other (Di Maggio's) is a charlatan & a uncaring money grabbing organisation.
Di Maggio's will never again see my custom, I'd urge you to be more prudent with you cash than to spend it in an establishment  that cares not in the slightest about your satisfaction.
