Exhilarating and entertaining leisure centre for the family and especially kids with a variety of different jumping trampolines dodgeball, foam zone, open jump, basketball, wipe out etc. - Costs are from £6.50 upwards per child with £2.75 for socks. - Costs for groups: between £9.50 for off peak groups to £12.50 for discounted group. - Family of 4 Costs £34 off peak & £46 on peak There's also a courtside cafe / corner to buy hot & cold drinks and snacks at fair prices. Definitely recommend
If I could give negative I would, this place is the worst place in the entire UK, rude stuff specially the manager Kiera, this place is empty because of her and her attitude, if you are not happy with your work just change it, this place is dirty and unsafe for kids. Just check the photos it talks for itself
Absolutely loved the air park. The staff are so kind and polite. There isn't much of an option at the cafe on site but it's enough to keep you going ad you can always take advantage of the multiple restaurants at Lakeside, which us a 10 minute walk with free parking for customers if you drive. There's also a water obstacle course nearby to have a jam packed day of fun.
Celebrated my son's 3rd Birthday and he had an amazing time. We can't thank management enough especially Eunice and her team for their dedication to making my son have the best birthday experience. Pics are from the air park as under 3's can't use the trampoline park during peak hours.
First time here and absolutely enjoyed it with the children. One of the largest I've been to and to come at a quiet time I sure got to experience it all many times. 1hr on each is more than enough.
Horrible place, my children got wet because someone spilled water in one of the bouncy castle, so I took the children home to change and I went back and asked for an hour to be extended or refund me the money on both occasions I was refused. and rudely send away.
I'm normally a positive person and hate to leave negative reviews but I felt I had to with this one unfortunately. I visited on the first weekend of June. Family of four, kids are 1yr & 3yrs. We booked the Air Park for 10am the first session of the day. I was thinking that being first there, the area would be clean and fresh and we would have a great time, we were really excited. When we got there the staff weren't exactly friendly or helpful. It was just put on your wristband and find your own way inside. I don't mind that as we are well capable of exploring ourselves. The issues arose once we got into the arena itself. There is a distinctive stale smell inside there which must be to do with the lack of ventilation. It feels like they badly need to open the shutters and doors to properly air the place out during the day. My main disappointment with the Air Park was that is was filthy! I really regret not having my phone on me because it was so bad. Clearly the facilities were not cleaned from the previous session the day before. There was food waste, paper waste, dirty plasters, hair/fluff, wet spots and dust across the Little League and main Air Park itself. I was so disgusted I was ready to leave after 10 minutes but the kids would have had a meltdown so we stayed. The only reason this is getting 1 star is because the kids did enjoy themselves. The majority of the time I spent running after my son 1yr and stopping him from picking up the rubbish dotted all over the place and putting it in his mouth. I felt like we had to disinfect the kids once we left it was that bad. The Little League section 1yr to 5yrs is very small, it has 1 slide into a ball pit, 2 wobble platforms and a couple of soft play toys. My daughter 3yr wanted to leave there after 5 minutes so I would say that area is geared more for 1 - 2yrs. Jump Giants has potential, the building has a good setup with the Trampoline Park and Air Park all under one roof. But the staff need to be customer friendly and most of all the cleanliness of the facilities drastically needs attention.
Megan E Red Hair Rob are the most incompetent workers I have ever witnessed. Avoid at all costs. Went for a 6 year olds birthday party. They charged £37 per child. I’d pay no more than £20. Start to finish was RUBBISH. They destroyed our £365 balloon arch and refused to check CCTV before and after attached. Rob the manager went missing. Megan E with red hair is a safety hazard. A child went missing. It was unbelievable how terrible the service was. I cannot express to you enough you will be wasting your money and time going anywhere near this place with a child or for a child’s party. Barbaric. This has been reported to the council and trading standards.
**EXCELLENT SERVICE, EXCELLENT HOST** We booked our Son Noah's 7th Birthday party Yesterday 12 Feb 2022, after booking I read the reviews, which were quite shocking, I can say I was pleasantly surprised when we were met at reception by Megan, our host. I can quite honestly say from start to finish, she was amazing. We were kept up to date in what the afternoon would entail and also it was made known it was how we wanted it. Regular meet ups throughout the afternoon checking we were ok and alright, topping up the drinks, checking the kids were ok, making the Party fun for the kids and playing games with the whole party. Welcoming and friendly, even down to explaining she was pregnant so another Host had to escort the kids on the air park She was amazing too, then up to the party room, our Birthday boy was shy and wanted photos with his cake in a seperate room which was also accomadated with no hesitation, even to provide some extra candles. The 2 girls should be commended for such excellent service, making Noah's birthday special. Massive thankyou to Her and her other host. I'm so glad we got them as a few other staff members were so unhelpful. Keep up the good work Megan, your service didn't go unnoticed. Good luck on the birth of your baby. Chris, Leanne , Noah and Family. **Jump Giants Thurrock, Please make sure Megan and the other host that helped her, see this**.
It was a good service and it was lots of fun.Only one of the workers was really nice and took their time to make sure we were comfortable and well taken care of.I don't remember his name but he's really nice.Unlike him,two other workers were really rude and rolled their eyes at us multiple times because we were in need of a complimentary t-shirt. Except for that we had a good time and definitely recommend.
