I started training with Jack a year ago to train for the GNR, and that was my inital plan. However I have enjoyed the sessions so much I have continued training with him. All my sessions have been tailored to my needs. Jack knows where my strengths lie and always pushes me that little bit further, even when I don't believe I can actually do it. Id highly recommend Jack, I have seen a huge improvement not only in my fitness but toning up too.

Haven’t been training with Jack long but really enjoy the sessions we have done and look forward to continuing them. My gym sessions before we’re restricted to the cardio and death by treadmill which I really wasn’t enjoying. Jack has introduced me to a number of different exercises which are always varied and push me, making the gym one of the highlights of my week.

I would highly recommend PT sessions with Jack. Before I started training with Jack I had no motivation or confidence in even stepping foot in the gym but now I love it. I'm constantly learning new ways to keep fit and achieve the body I want. Every session is different which makes it enjoyable and Jack always carefully explains everything we do, ensuring I know the benefits of each exercise. It's clear Jack is extremely passionate about what he does, he works hard and pushes you to your limits to ensure you achieve your goals. I've never felt so body confident than I do now as well as being so much fitter and stronger and it's all thanks to Jack.

If you are looking for help with fitness, toning and diet. Jack is a fantastic personal trainer. He tailors all his sessions to each individual for their needs and fitness levels. He always motivates me and keeps all sessions different and interesting.

I have been training with Jack now for just over year and my body has changed a lot in that time I dropped 4 dress sizes and lost a lot of inches.

This is by far the best thing I have ever done for myself, i was one of those people who didn't believe it would work for me but I was proved wrong by the results I have achieved with Jack.
