Excellent venue with large access and good toilet facilities. Good selection of activities including, swimming, sports, squash and a children's play area.

Can be a bit pricey, payment for a session can be 3£80 p, payment for a month is 20£ , there is a lot of gyms advertising 15£ a month.but if you are going to play badminton, squash,,, not for beginners squash.Very intense on the cardiovascular part of fitness.or a good old length of the pool.... can't do as much in a gym. I am changing my mind, to the point where I have a love for Gateshead L.C my brother's daughter and three sons and there mother have been working there for years, what a nightmare of fitness they all have,,,AGLADIATOR contestant the mother was,, she nailed them,then ell of the last bit.but to us Achamp,well done Tracey.x
