worst collection point, owner couldn't provide expected service, he has an 'invisible man' to deliver parcels; Hes a liar, disgusting service still haven't received my parcel as he keeps making altercations and delays. 1 star is too generous. Do NOT use this as a UPS pick up point.

I arrived at 6.25pm to pick up an urgent UPS package. Upon arrive the person who I assume is the store owner told me "I'm closing up early" and upon my saying it was urgent, responded "I'm closing early and refusing to serve you". If UPS ever suggest this as a collection point, use Fedex.

Western Union: He said I won't waste my time if the transfer is less than £100

Very rude store owner and dirty shop. No acknowledgement when I went to drop a UPS parcel off and made to feel priveledged when he finally did talk. There is a sainsburys around the corner - cleaner and friendlier.

Terrible customer service. Husband and wife team neither of them doing anything and refused to scan in my UPS package. Wanted me to place it in the corner and they would scan it later in the day. Won't be coming back and will be making a complaint to UPS. Don't come here!

If I could give this zero stars I would. Do NOT use this as a UPS pick up point. Extremely rude and will not give you your package if you get there after 12pm, even if they are open.

Terrible service. Went to collect parcel and despite the door being open and the customer behind me being served he would not get it so had to return the next day.

Useless - claims to do Western Union, but actually doesn't.
