I had an outstanding experience with Ramona and I cannot recommend her highly enough. It’s a great place and very well-maintained. Tracey at the reception is also very kind and accommodating. From the moment I walked into the serene and welcoming space, I felt at ease. Ramona is very professional and knowledgeable. She takes the time to understand the problem and never rushes the appointment. I am still amazed at how she just touched my arms and could tell that I have pain in that area. I tried the Indian head massage and left feeling completely rejuvenated and more relaxed than I have in months. The facility was clean, comfortable, and equipped with everything needed for a top-notch massage. I also appreciated the little touches, like the soothing music and warm oil, which enhanced the overall experience. If you’re looking for a massage therapist who is knowledgeable, caring, and highly skilled, look no further than Ramona. I will definitely be returning and recommending her to all my friends and family. Five stars all the way!
Absolutely amazing! I have been to many spas and nail salons and I can say by far Essentials Spa in lambeth, is the best! I have been getting my nails done here for over a year now and my mom has been coming for at least 6 and we have never had any issues! In fact, my nails have looked the best out of any other place I have been to! The spa is very clean, very relaxing and peaceful and the staff is just wonderful; you feel completely comfortable right off the bat! I highly recommend getting your nails done here and by Andrea, she is absolutely lovely! And also a massage if you want the ultimate relaxation of your life!! If I could give 10 plus stars, I would!!!
I haven't gotten a facial in a year, and Cayleigh took time to look at my skin and listen to my needs. My skin still looks great days after the facial. She was very detailed, kind, and gentle, while being very effective. Will return!
I have had the great pleasure of being a client at Essentials for many years. The staff are very professional with customer satisfaction their utmost concern. I have enjoyed the relaxing and friendly atmosphere from the moment I walk through the front door until the moment I leave. I have had facials, cold laser treatments, manicures and pedicures from all of the estheticians and all were wonderful experiences. I recently had a facial with Andrea and it was wonderful. It was relaxing and restorative. I left the salon feeling calm and peaceful and my skin looked amazing. I had forgotten how good it felt to treat myself . I have also had massages by both Georgetta and Ramona , who are registered massage therapists, who work hard to ensure I leave healthy and relaxed. I especially enjoy the manicures I have received from Andrea, a true artist. I highly recommend all the services available at Essentials salon.
It’s been about a month since I had a massage with Ramona and the tips she provided me to help with my back and leg pain have helped immensely. She really cares about her patience and was so kind throughout the whole appointment. I can’t stress enough how amazing and intelligent she is and will truly make a positive difference in your health. She will forever be my go to when I’m in need of a massage. Her techniques are nothing short of excellence and I recommend everyone to see her!
After 25 years of an array of services I feel experienced enough to offer this 5 star review. I relish the pedicures & facials.. as I fall sleep in a candlelite room with music & a comforter. The chats over my many manicures & hugs over greetings from the staff are important to my person. The kindness expressed in the diligent manner of the owner that all services be handled exceptionally and graciously. If ever the an occasion arises any discontentment is handled quickly and to the satisfaction of the client. I want to express how rare this kind of service is today.

Kathy is an amazing RMT. She's professional, personable, and gave me great advice on how to stretch my problem areas when I'm at home. My massage was amazing and the pains that I've been having in my neck and upper shoulders were alleviated. Essentials spa is clean and smells amazing. Everyone is nice and the services seem fair in price. 10/10 would recccomend.
I had an initial massage from Ramona. Her techniques exceeded my expectations. She is very knowledgeable, and I am amazed by the results; my chronic pain disappeared after the session! I've had a couple of massages from different RMTs, but hers is by far the best!
I have had the pleasure of having Ciara give me a facial and a pedicure in the last few weeks. She is a fairly new employee and her services were thorough and enjoyable. Essentials is superb spa to have all your services done!
