Only one hot plate in the kitchen and the cleaner always throwing guest’s belonging without asking. The bunk bed in the room are too fragile, they shake a lot. Overall it’s too over priced, definitely not worth it.
For the price I paid, it is very good value for money, so i'd give it 5 stars in relation to price. Could do with curtains in room 4 though! Receptionist is flexible and usually keeps breakfast and the lounge rooms open for longer which is nice too.

Its clean end restful.
Great place for budget travelers. I was in a room with two other persons. The room was fitting for all of us. We have with open window a calm night. With an 30min. Walk you are at tragalgar sqare or at ten minutes walk at the London eye. There is also five minutes walk away a subway station.
A budget-friendly hostel, wonderfully situated a short walk from Westminster. The staff were friendly and helpful, especially Richard who went above and beyond to track me down in Australia to return something valuable I lost during my stay.
