I've spent 4 years in London and seen all kinds of letting agents. The best thing about Lero Properties is that they are constantly on-site during work hours, with their office being about 30 seconds from the flats. Any emergencies or breakages in your flat, they will take care of it within a few hours or a day at most, even when their office itself is closed they have an on-call emergency maintenance team. I stayed in Flat 642 for a year from 2017-2018 while at uni. Quietest area ever despite being central London, with Hyde Park being literally around the corner. Only issue with the flat itself was the heat during summer top floor flat but I was out during the days, it was only bad on weekends when i was in. Supplying a fan for the summer months would greatly help that situation. Central heating in the winter kept me nice and cosy and the hot baths were very comfy too on colder winter evenings after arriving home. The flat was well equipped including its small but sufficient kitchen area. The building itself was always kept clean and in order. No mould anywhere !!!, no broken walls, doors or lights. Once again the staff including the maintenance team deserve all praise because I saw them most days, they were always busy with something on-site. Payments for rent and electricity were hassle-free and reminders were always sent. They always gave notice of any maintenance work too just to keep us informed. Very honest people! Thank you for the opportunity to stay with you for a whole year and thank you for your hard work! I had a great time while living there and it was a smooth renting experience, one I can only recommend!
I stayed in Building 14 flat No. 3. I wouldn’t recommend at all. Only the location is great in central london and few steps to bus station and Hyde park. Apart from that the flat is really really tiny and furniture is easily breaking. The hot water goes off by itself every morning so you have to manual reset the timer. Do not rent this flat if you’re more than 2 person and definitely not during summer!! No air con. If you’re using the washing machine and cook at the same time the whole flat electricity will shut down. Not worthing 100 pound a day! Elevator in the building isn’t working.
We stayed at 7 Craven Hill Gardens during 2014-15 season. It is a great accomodation for students and expats. The flats are within close proximity to public transportation, shopping spots, parks and other leisure time activities. The staff is always helpful and friendly. The buildings are safe and well equipped. The rent might be higher than you’ve expected but it is well deserved!
The place is great, close to the park and quiet. And the flats are really, really nice and a big choice of flats. If you like classic design especially. Can recommend it 100% after staying there for 1.5 year. Many options and a very flexible team - they always help instantly because they are just around the corner.
I first came to the UK in September 2012 and rented a flat with Lero. I did not realise how first-class their service are until I had to deal with various estate agents in the years since. I have moved flat pretty much every year and not one of them provided the service as high standard as Lero property. I dealt with Abi before but unfortunately, he was no longer there. Stephen and Bona are still there providing high quality service. That is why, after eight years of living somewhere else, I decided to come back and rent a flat from them until I save enough money to get my own place. I have learned that the best rental property company is made up by the best people. I highly recommend them. They are transparent with the fees and services. They are always on-site to deal with any urgent issues. The decorations made me feel like living in the Victorian era which is amazing. The fact that the buildings they manage is a grade I listed buildings made it even more impressive that I can be a part of such a rich history. Also, the property is close to the Malaysian Hall and there are many Malaysian restaurant nearby. When I first rented the property, I had to keep £1 coins handy at all times to pay for the electricity. It is out-dated but I love it as it is history. Now, they bill you periodically which is also convenient. I don't have to do much admin when dealing with them. By admin, I mean registering with the council, setting up the internet, electricity, water, heating and the likes. Water, heating, council tax and TV licence are already included. Just need to pay extra for electricity and internet. This may change so check with them for the latest rule.
Stayed here as a student last year and I miss it already. This place is a gem: beautiful well kept apartments and fabulous and friendly welcoming staff who are always around to take care of things and go out of their way to help you out with anything! The location is superb: Central London, next to Hyde Park, lots of tube stations and bus lines near so you are well connected with the rest of the city and it's universities. Would definitely recommend to people studying abroad and looking for accommodation.
Throughout my experiences with real estate rental agencies in London, "Lero Properties" is the best one! The staff is amazing, really friendly and understanding! I've never had any issues with them and they made sure everything is perfect! In terms of the location, it's probably among the best ones in London, everything you need is nearby. I fully recommend them!
Came from city St. Paul all the way to view property but been told it's not got professionals only for student what was weird So I have to go back . Great wast of two hours of my working hours
Still having the best stay in london! High ceilings and all equipped rooms with proper furniture is great and if anything breaks there is a handy and super friendly staff to help you out! The neighbourhood is great and I feel very safe and at home!
I loved living here for a year and I would of loved to stay there even longer. The flats are really nice and well looked after, with comfortable furniture which is pretty rare in student accommodation. The location is incredible, so easy to get anywhere in london, and its right next to hyde park. Everyone that works at lero is incredibly friendly and always more than happy to help if any problems arise which they rarely do. I've lived in numerous student accommodation including houses & student halls but nothing had been anywhere near as good as living here.
