Drove all the way from Poole to return a faulty item which had coincidentally gone into the sale. The only replacement of the correct size in stock had a large pulled thread so we asked for a refund. Staff were unwilling to do so because the dress was now on sale and quote: "we don't want you paying less for it" so I was given a return postage label to send it to their online store. 

So a wasted trip plus I now need to go to the post office and write a covering letter to the online team. Disappointing that staff do not have more respect for their customers time.
