Staff are very good at their areas and give great advice. Would highly reccomend.

I wasnt so impressed to see their online prices were so different to store prices. Checked an item online and thought id nip in before work as i work a stones throw away, cut out postage. The item i wanted was £3 more in the shop, might as well have bought it online. Ok for buying in a rush/convenient but not good if your a switched on modern shopper

Purchased a californian cornsnake recently but prior to this popped in and asked for some advice and recommendations. Unsure of the customer service persoms name but woild like to say he was absolutely top notch and very helpful !

Staff very helpful but doesn't specialise in one thing.
