We had a lovely time! Haven’t tried the food yet but will definitely be back one afternoon to give it a go. Fudgey loved it, had a blast with her new buds. Dog friendlyFood: 5/5
3 of the largest lamb chops ever for my main. Food was absolutely delicious. To start I had the Fish goujons. The batter was light, fish soft and flaky and for pudding the waffle was to die for. Thoroughly recommend.Food: 5/5
After a long walk know Newton beach with my 2 fur babies and hubby, we were ready for lunch and ice cold lager/ beer. Very welcoming lady behind the bar. Very busy. Food was gorgeous. We had Hake as cod had sold out. Sat in the little garden in the sun while dogs slept in the shade. Highly recommended
Lovely old pub on the green, stayed at nearby Trecco Bay and visited the pub a couple of evenings with the dog on an evening walk. Didn't eat but the food I did see looked amazing. Very friendly and dog friendly inside too.Service: 5/5
Had not been in the Jolly Sailor 52 years since a young lad with my parents when we used to go to Porthcawl in the caravan and we would play in the park opposite. Brought back some great memories.Food: 5/5
Absolutely beautiful food, my wife had chicken and chips I had the 10oz sirloin steak, very well cooked and i even ate the fat it was so nice lol. 100% recommend. Staff very friendly and gave plenty of time to look at menu and order, quality of the food was worth the price, I'm still in the car rubbing my belly nom nom nom nom. Parking: Small free parking lot just across the small grass clearing from the pub.
Good food well priced nice staff! Kids loved their fish and chips and I loved my dragon curry. Delicious!
A lovely pub, but I visited with my grandson and Ben my border collie in the pouring rain having walked 15 minutes from Trecco bay. I could take my dog in one bar and I could take my grandson in the other. We went to the Ancient Britton across the road where we were all welcome to have a beer in the same room.
