We popped in here this morning, to try and educate ourselves before taking on a bit of a painting project, and I am so glad we did. Friendly, helpful, warm, knowledgable, speedy service! It can be quite daunting walking into new environments when you haven't a clue what your are doing. But I can honestly say, I left with the colours I wanted and inspired with enthusiasm. Thank you :
Great service from Mel in Swindon branch she saved me a lot of money and let me take the 2 tins of 2 and a half litres of Zinsser and said that I could bring one back if I did not use. When I went to pick them up was served by Rich who even saved me more money and was so helpful and knowledgeable. Many thanks Greg
Great service, been using johnstones more regularly recently as a trade customer. Really impressed with the knowledge and service from Mel and Rich. I always recommend to my customers as I do think it is a great paint and always receive the best customer service.
There was a problem with the paint I had bought, and Mel at the Equity Trade Centre branch couldn’t have been more helpful, replacing it without hesitation.
Visited recently and was helped by a young lady called Mel, she gave me loads of good advice, suggested products and even told me the best brush to use , I will be back for my next project
All of the staff at the store were incredibly helpful. They gave me very useful information without trying to sell me anything. They gave me some fantastic suggestions to help me out and always have a laugh and a joke. I should be coming here for all of my paint needs in the future.
