I really dislike going here. Everytime they leave me waiting at the gate for about an hour then get shirty when I ask them how long they'll be. Sadly her another rdc that treats transport companies like they are doing them a favour by unloading the goods they have ordered and which they have requested at a certain time.
Very nice and easy access with convenient location for the lorry drivers. The only problem is the poor English of the security guard at the gate. It will cost you at least half an hour to wait there, till he understands the instructions given him by radio by his office people. And this is every time happen. The language barrier of the foreign security guard is terrible.
Shame it's closing , lots of Swindon people put out of work, swindon,s in a dire situation but they don't care about the genuine grafters just close it down.
THIEVES Absolute disgusting customer service, I have been waiting for my order over 5 days , they’ve took the money out my account and now will not respond to emails. No wonder why Amazon is thriving and theses clowns are struggling. DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THEM.
They don't even deserve 1 star, spent over £300 and still waiting for delivery. Customer service absolutely rubbish. Will use B&Q or Amazon next time
For those thinking this is a store!!!, it's not, it's a warehouse, a hub. It's where the products you buy, from the store go, before it's delivered to a store, so you can buy it. The Swindon warehouse, was very pleasant to visit. Hope that helps.
Very friendly atmosphere all round. Easily accessible whether it be walking or any other way
they are very slow if your delivering there. expect 3 hours wait even if you only have a few pallets for them.
Professional service and friendly staff
Been a few times its a good very quick tip.
