Phoned Johnson shoes to enquire about school shoes for my daughter. I had been speaking to a young assistant who was helping me with my enquiry until suddenly she says she's going to have to go because she has customers waiting! I was a potential customer who was probably going to spend over £100 on my children's school shoes, however it seems that I am not as important as those actually in the shop! This store will not have my custom. RUDE

Been here for years and the staff and owner are always lovely. Yes it's not the cheapest place to buy shoes and not much is on sale but you get good service and helpful advice.
