I recently had the pleasure of experiencing exceptional service at Johnsons the Cleaners in London. Upon arriving with a pile of wrinkled clothes from my travels, I was astounded by their efficiency and kindness. Not only did they manage to iron my garments in a single day, but they also refused to accept payment for their services. The staff, particularly the ladies assisting me, were incredibly gracious and accommodating. I cannot recommend Johnsons the Cleaners highly enough for their outstanding customer care and impeccable service. They have undoubtedly earned my loyalty and appreciation.
Been going to the shop for over a year now, and during that time I have not wanted to search for another. The team is supportive, knowledgable, dedicated, professional and always with a smile. The price is extremely affordable and the outcome is always top class. Highly recommend them, as the team is excellent and their results are always superb.
The service provided by Munika and Raj was exceptional. Despite the challenging zip issues on my puffer coat, they efficiently resolved the problem within a few hours, meeting my urgent request. Their attentiveness and the company skilled tailoring resulted in a flawless fix without any damage. I am highly satisfied with their service and the quality of their work, and I highly recommend them for their professionalism and expertise.
brought a white shirt. collar hadn't been cleaned properly and cuffs had been poorly ironed/ruined. 11gbp... no apology. just excuse finding. bad on all fronts. if it were possible i would put zero stars.
The worst place ever! They ruined all my high brand clothes, Mach and Mach dresses and max mara shirts im so livid right now!
Needed quick next-day laundry service while on vacation. Was going to use another cleaner in the Kensington neighborhood, but decided on this one based on reviews. They said the laundry would be ready the next day, but I received a text around 4:30 that it was ready! We actually couldn't pick it up until morning, but everything was clean and nicely folded. If you're traveling and need quick service, this is the place to go.
As a Johnsons customer for the past few years, I've consistently enjoyed exceptional service, thanks to Monica and Raj. Their warm welcome and expertise make each visit enjoyable, ensuring top-notch care for my garments. For a reliable and excellent experience, I recommend them without hesitation.
Monica is the reason I keep on coming back to this dry cleaner. She is always really friendly and sweet! She goes above and beyond to provide great service! She remembers regular clients and makes the trip to the dry cleaners really easy and convient!
Excellent, friendly and efficient staff especially Monika! Also a very good Evri parcel shop, where the service is always very quick. Highly recommend this Johnsons.
I'm so pleased that Johnsons have re-opened! Always brought my dry cleaning here before lockdown and have always been pleased with the service. I was nervous about bringing my garments into store during this Covid-19 pandemic but the staff at Sloane Avenue made me feel at ease when dropping off and collecting. And are still providing a great service!
