Amazing place! Definitely the best alterations place I have found in Kensington. I have been there 5 times now. Everyone at PureStitch has amazing attention to detail and the prices are very reasonable. The gentlemen there has even taught me a lot about how to look after my clothing, ironing etc : :
I was recommended to pure stitch by my friend. I am very satisfied with the service, they went above and beyond, providing very professional service for both alterations and dry cleaning. They did a fantastic job on the alteration of my evening dress and my husband's evening suit. Thank you I will definitely be using them again and highly recommended them.
Impressed with their service — both dry cleaning and alterations. They cleaned a delicate faux fur blanket which came back looking new. They also did a fantastic job matching the fabric on a belt loop on trousers that needed repair so you cannot even tell it’s not an original loop. Very reasonable prices as well. Highly recommend.

Amazing tailors and dry cleaners, literally wouldn’t trust anyone but them to clean or alter our clothes. In the past we’ve gotten all kinds of garments, some complicated, done by them. Someone I know even had a garment made there that they needed for a project, and it came out looking exactly as they wanted. Very fast and also friendly & welcoming, I always feel at ease when coming there. 100% My whole family’s top spot both for dry cleaning and for tailoring. Trustworthy, professional and experienced
I have been going to Pure Stitch for 15 years. My mother and grandmother were talented seamstresses so I know quality, believe me. The service at Pure Stitch is extraordinary, the attention to detail impeccable. The custom tailoring is chef's kiss truly remarkable; dry cleaning that has saved me over and over again; advice on length of trouser, cuffs, buttons as fashions change -- I have had everything done at Pure Stitch since moving to London in 2005. Since Pure Stitch is a family run business, everything comes straight from the heart. I just picked up a few items done on a rush so I could make a flight Monday -- never a problem! Tailored trousers, patches on the elbow of a dear, sentimental sweater, dry cleaning of a WHITE linen dress, vintage jacket repairs and cleaning + new buttons on a vintage jacket. Pure Stitch Does It All -- you will never be disappointed, I promise you.
The service at Pure Stitch is outstanding! Ari and his team provide the best dry cleaning and alteration service I have ever experienced. They have never failed to remove a stain from any of my clothes and no alteration is ever too difficult. I wouldn't take my clothes anywhere else!
I've been using Pure Stitch now for several years and can say without any doubt they offer one of the the best dry-cleaning and alterations services in London. Ari totally understands tailoring and alterations and how cloths should look and fit comfortably. We have been using Pure Stitch services for a couple of years now, and we are so glad we found them. It is well run family business, and their services dry cleaning and alterations -ball gowns couldn't be done in a more professional way. We highly recommend them!
